Step 2 : 

                Extract Cleo mod Using Password given

Step 3 :

                      Copy all Files and paste that on GTA San Andreas Folder 

Step 4 :

                    In Game Press ctrl + c To open Cleo menu

Step 5 :

                     

                    Select anything you want by controlling using Arrow keys and select using Shift and Come back using Enter Key
